下载、安装或使用百灵（Ling，以下简称「本应用」），即表示你同意受本使用条款的约束。如不同意，请勿使用本应用。

2. 服务描述

百灵是一款 AI 驱动的对话排练与社交陪伴应用。应用采用本地优先设计运行在你的设备上，并通过连接第三方 AI 模型 API 生成语言回复。

3. 用户责任

• 你对在应用中输入的所有内容和采取的所有操作负责。
• 请勿将本应用用于违法、有害或滥用目的。
• 若使用自行配置的 API Key，相关费用及对 API 服务商条款的遵守由你自行负责。

4. AI 生成内容

AI 回复由第三方语言模型生成，可能包含错误、不准确或不当内容。百灵不是专业建议（医疗、法律、心理或其他）的替代品。请酌情使用 AI 生成的内容。

5. 数据与隐私

所有用户数据存储在你的设备本地。我们不收集、不存储、也无法访问你的对话或个人信息。使用 AI 对话功能时，消息文本会直连发送至第三方 AI 服务商以生成回复，我们不经手该过程。详情请查看我们的隐私政策。

6. 知识产权

本应用的设计、代码和品牌为 JEMARISAN 的知识产权。未经授权，不得对本应用进行反向工程、反编译或创建衍生作品。

7. 免责声明

本应用按「现状」提供，不作任何形式的担保。我们不保证应用的持续运行、无错误或安全性。

8. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，JEMARISAN 不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。

9. 条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款。变更后继续使用本应用即表示接受新条款。

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Ling ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Ling is an AI-powered conversation rehearsal and social companion application. It runs entirely on your device (local-first) and connects to third-party AI model APIs for language generation.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you input and all actions taken within the App.
• Do not use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• If you use your own API keys, you are responsible for the associated costs and compliance with the API provider's terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated by third-party language models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. Ling is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, or otherwise). Use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

5. Data & Privacy

All user data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your conversations or personal information. When using AI conversation features, message text is sent directly to third-party AI service providers to generate replies; we do not intercept this process. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of JEMARISAN. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JEMARISAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
